- Return Policy :
- Any order Damaged on Arrival (DOA), buyer should notify Evergreen immediately for Return Merchandise Approval (RMA) number.
- Each order has a maximum of one box for allowance as testing material on initial installation. Any installed material with nail or glue more than one box is absolutely not returnable.
- Any return because of manufacturing defects, buyer should call Evergreen for RMA number.
- All returns with RMA Number must be received in Evergreen's warehouse within 30 days for exchange or credit.
- A 15% handling and restocking charge shall be applied on all returns except those approved by Evergreen Sales Reps in advance for manufacturer's responsibility.
- Sample Policy :
- The new 10-Facing Sample Display Rack Package is available from January 1, 2002. It includes the display rack, 5 pieces of engineered series, 5 pieces of solid series 12"x18" sample boards and 10-piece chain set sample.
- This package can be obtained by a one-time $150 charge (including shipping & handling) to the authorized dealer with 3 coupons, each valued at $40, which can be applied to future 3 orders.
- The extra 10-piece chain set sample can be acquired upon request at no charge to authorized dealers.
- Architectural sample, which includes 10 pieces of our standard items (3-5/8"x3" each piece) is free of charge upon request.
- Floor Display:
- Evergreen will offer a 30% discount to the one time purchase to Authorized dealer who would like to present evergreen's product for their show room floor display.
- This special discount can be applied up to 5 boxes for each item (approx. 100 sq.ft) and up to 10 items.
- Product Warranty:
- A 10-year Wear Warranty is issued to cover all Evergreen's products. Please read the warranty for details.
